Shipping Policy for Boozevilla

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA.

When you place an order, we will estimate if your order is eligible for free shipping and/or estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. If you are eligible for free shipping then Boozevilla decides the method of delivery else depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Same Day Delivery in Washington DC & Northern Virginia

At Boozevilla, currently we offer same-day delivery for orders placed in Washington DC and Northern Virginia.

Please note the following important points regarding our shipping policy:

Sales are Final

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Age Verification

Age verification is mandatory at the time of receiving the alcohol delivery. We require someone who is 21 years of age or older to receive the delivery and provide a valid ID to the delivery person for verification purposes.

Reporting Breakage or Leaks

If there is any breakage of bottles or leaks in your delivery, please report it immediately upon receiving the delivery. You can contact us at 301-613-7738 or email us at info@boozevilla.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Return Policy

Genuine Product Issues

 Returns are only allowed for genuine product issues reported within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund only if there was an issue with the order with proper evidence.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you believe there is a genuine issue with the product you received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at 301-613-7738 or email us at info@boozevilla.com and provide complete information of your order number and details about the product you would like to return along with evidence photographs. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

Return Process

 To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the issue.
  2. Provide us with details of the issue and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos).
  3. We will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that returns will only be accepted for genuine product issues. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
