Composed of various vineyards, located in the major geographic references that the Cuyana province offers, this young wine, potent and velvety wine, expresses pleasure, smooth and soft, combining land and flavors in one clear strong message. This wine explains Malbec as well as Mendoza in one universal language.
With vineyards planted in 1910, 1921 and 1950, and at 730-1110m above sea level, the wines’ potential is set in the vineyard and the team remains focused on terroir. Achaval Ferrer also has a state-of-the-art winery, located in Perdriel, Mendoza, Argentina. The winemaking philosophy at Achaval Ferrer is based on three key pillars: century-old ungrafted vines, deliberately low yields, and low intervention winemaking.
